OMAHA, Neb. – From Now On, an industry leader in mobile app technology for fan engagement, today announced the launch of Loyalty & Rewards Programs for the FanX™ Mobile Engagement Platform.
FanX Loyalty & Rewards will allow From Now On partner schools to take their fan experience to the next level by facilitating incentive programs that influence attendance and engagement. Fans will have the opportunity to earn points and prizes for activities like checking in to games or other special events. The new functionality will also include enhanced opportunities to target notifications to groups of fans and collect data.
The FanX platform, first launched in late 2015, is a mobile marketing and communication platform designed to enhance the fan experience at live events or via a second screen experience. Since its inception, the platform has been a key system for driving revenue, delivering mobile content to fans, growing fan audiences, capturing fan behavioral data and promoting brand awareness.
While the FanX platform is already known for a robust feature-set, Loyalty & Rewards will not only benefit fans but also schools who wish for a more one-stop-shop experience when it comes to their mobile strategy.

The existing FanX feature-set is highlighted by a push notification system that supports rich media, geofencing and audience targeting. Push notifications, which show up on a user’s phone just like a text message would, can be sent on the fly, scheduled in advance or triggered by score alerts during a game. In addition to these variety of notifications, the platform also includes support for streaming and social media, live stats and a variety of team or school-specific content from rosters to fan guides. The platform also provides multiple opportunities to help clients drive revenue, including sponsored placements, promotional content, and listings for ticketing, merchandise and concessions.
General availability for clients interested in Loyalty & Rewards will be late-summer, while the functionality for fans will be officially available within client apps in August.
