LOUISIANA TECH ATHLETICS SELECTS FROM NOW ON TO PROVIDE FAN EXPERIENCE MOBILE APP
FanX demonstrates superior user experience, ease of use and communication tools
OMAHA, Neb.— From Now On, an emerging provider of mobile app platforms in both sports and education industries, announced today a multi-year partnership with Louisiana Tech University to provide the mobile application FanX for Bulldog and Lady Techster fans.
FanX is a fan engagement platform designed to help schools like Louisiana Tech enhance the game day experience and create deeper engagement with their fans. FanX will connect Bulldog and Lady Techster fans with their favorite players and teams by providing bios, scoring updates, team insights and much more that will enrich their experience at all stages of the game. The application will also provide targeted promotions, ticket purchasing ability, event schedules, and support for audio and video broadcasts.
“Working with From Now On has been an exceptional experience already. From the very beginning, we’ve wanted to develop an app that sets our brand apart. Overall, I knew From Now On would provide us the ability to be innovative in how we market our athletics teams to the Louisiana Tech fan base,” said David Pillen, Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing at Louisiana Tech University.
Additionally, the application will act as a new promotional tool for the athletic department.

Through the FanX platform, From Now On will assist Louisiana Tech Athletics in achieving their fan engagement goals and will aid in building deeper relationships with the fan community.

In addition to the platform license, the agreement includes professional services for implementation, launch and marketing plan support, staff training and ongoing adoption coaching. The service contract also includes technical support, access to new features as they are released and data analytics & reporting. The Louisiana Tech app will be available for fans via free download from the App Store and Google Play in early August 2016.
