New Features for Fall Sports!
In-App Audio Streaming
The FanX platform can now support in-app audio broadcasts of games, coach’s shows, or other events. To set up in-app audio for your FanX mobile app, share these Audio Specs with your radio provider. Once you have a stream that fits the specifications, contact your Customer Success Coach about setting up a test and getting the links integrated with the app.
Fans can now view highlights, hype videos, or even live games on the Tickets & Media page within the app. The setup on the backend is very easy. Simply use the portal to add the URL to a game or promotion, and click save. Fans will be able to watch these videos directly within their FanX app!
The new Fan Guide provides a home for any custom content that a school wants to share with their fans. Whether it is stadium policies, ticketing information, or social media links, the Fan Guide will be the one stop shop for game day information in order to keep fans engaged.
Web View for Away Game Stats
Away games are now more user-friendly with the addition of an away stats link for all games. Adding this link will give users a web view of live stats in the app. Add this feature in the portal by adding the URL to a game and clicking save.
Promotions Playbook Interface
Our portal is changing! Check out the new promotions playbook interface on the backend portal, including new functionality such as improved scheduling of content and notifications.
Rich Text Editor
Add headers, bold text, italics, hyperlinks, and more using the new Rich Text Editor in the portal. Rich text currently exists on player bios and within the Fan Guide. Look for rich text on promotions coming soon!
New Sponsor Placements
We’ve added multiple inventory spots for sponsors over the summer. Stay tuned for our new Mobile ROI Playbook, or contact your Customer Success Coach for details!
